Stayed here for 3 weeks on business during Christmas and New Years and truly enjoyed my stay. The staff were helpful and always cheerful. As you can see my service dog accompanied me on my trip and wanted me to tell you that the beds are nice and comfy!

Reserved a 2 Queen bed room with confirmation number around 7pm.
Got there 1030pm and was given a king bed with a sofa bed. When the travel agent tried to call, no one was picking up. Their response to me was that's all they had. They asked me to refund my money, but after driving with wife and kids for 7 hours and it being late, I wasn't in a position to shop around. Basically they were saying you don'tlike it, here's your money back and leave. Also, they only managed to scrape up One Pillow for the twin sofa bed....pathetic! Also, the water pressure was non existent. Up early the next day and on the road by 7:30am.
BOTTOM LINE, NEVER AGAIN THIS HOLIDAY INN!!!

From the warm gracious greeting at our 5pm arrival to the quiet night & immaculately clean room with no perfumey spray smell, this was a 5 star stay!
My only other comment is that I wish hotel chains would realize their paying customers would like at least a small window opening for fresh air.
