- LGLet's Go2 days ago2.0Stayed for one night. This hotel is run down and the service is substandard. Check in staff was cold and stern. That's ok. The room was tired. The breakfast area was a disappointment. The furnitures were dirty and old. I took a picture of the high chairs. The seat was totally worn and the back was probably as bad, so they covered it. I don't think any thrift stores will accept them for donation because they are so worn. In addition, no one was at the reception when I check out at 10 am. Hello? I waited a few minutes and there were other customers too. I thought I'm paying a little more to stay at a Hilton property. This felt like a run down motel. I'm quite disappointed.

The furniture was in tatters. The chair and sofa were stained and dirty. The throw pilkow was torn and stained. The mattress was a worn, spring mattress sitting on a stained box spring. The door lock between the adjoining rooms just spun in its cylinder without locking. Thankfully, there was a flip lock or I would have left. I had planned to stay here one week later on my return trip but I canceled and moved to another property. The only redeeming quality was an above average, for a Hampton Inn, free breakfast.

The hospitality of the staff so far has been served with kindness and sincere care. Shena at the front desk offered me her personal soda pop because I was sick and asking if they had a soda machine. She treated a stranger like family. Thank you Shena!!!

First visit just several months ago had bedbugs. I will not come here again. Front desk evening person extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. She just wants to sit on the back office!!
