Front desk person in the morning of 11/12 was rude. My husband asked for disinfectant wipes for the gym. She told him it wasn’t her job. The cleaning people didn’t come in until 8:30. It was 7 am. The breakfast food was cold. The oatmeal wasn’t cooked and was never refilled. While the cleanliness of the room was fine, the sink faucet leaked all over the counter. Bathroom had a laminate floor but you could tell the installation was mediocre at best. Definitely a poor representation of the Hilton brand.

Lady beetle infestation. Ask about it first before booking. Called front desk and “it’s the time of year.” Well then get pest control!

We stayed in room 211 and it was dirty. It looked like someone sneezed on the table and was left to dry. The ceiling in the bathroom was warped from obvious water damage. Couldn’t open the blinds because all the strings were cut. The HVAC system in the room was so loud you couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was disgusting!!! The bacon is paper thin, the potatoes tasted like anything but potatoes, even the waffles tasted weird. There was hardly enough light in the room to see anything, and again, couldn’t open the blinds to let light in. It was a handicap room but the handicap accessible shower head didn’t even work as well the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel bottles were too high to reach for someone that was handicap. We will never stay here again.
