    Bed needs to be flipped or replaced. Big dip in center of bed. I thought Freddy Kroger was coming to get me. I had a hard time getting out

    Spend the extra money and go somewhere else! Makes all other Best Westerns look like paradise. They should remove their franchise name from this place! Got to the room and it was foul smelling like mold and sour milk. TV turning on and off like it was haunted. Black mold all over back of bathroom door. So, I was given another room. Lost the sour milk, kept the mold, and gained blood, hair and boogers in the sink and shower. My entire family woke up coughing and ill from the mold. Nothing is cleaned well or at all in these rooms. HOWEVER, the lobby is clean and a total misrepresentation of what the rooms are like. WHAT A GREAT TRICK. Positive - Breakfast is free and beds aren't bad.

    Very very disappointed, the room was dirty, the carpet was sticky and it smelled awful. It was a pet room but , I was afraid to sleep there as dirty as it was. The blankets were stained. I have stayed there many times before over the years. It was never this bad. But this time was the last straw. I won’t stay there again. I’d rather pay double than be in a room that was so dirty
