- CHCynthia Hill5 days ago1.0We stayed there 2 nights. All the ads show a recliner chair. We had a 9 month pregnant daughter staying with us. MY room had a recliner 221 room daughter room 321 did not have anything. We asked for a recliner we’re told place was booked solid so they could not get one.I look online and there were MANY rooms available..Went back to complain again was told..Oh well maintence man says you are checking out tomorrow so not going to look for one. I said but we have stayed 2 nights and your ad shows recliners in EVERY picture. Its a suite! Told we will advise of your request.lNOTHING done. Then we asked when we checked in where the water fountains were to fill our bottles. Told there were none that we had to buy water from their tiny store.. NO! We then found 3 water fountains in the building! Place was terrible..Old plastic wrapped bagels to eat, blackened bananas. NEVER going there again Spoke to 4;people about the recliners.lGot 4 DIFFERENT answers! Never again! If you want a suite ..book the Marriot ! See recliners CLEARLY in the ad.. NOT IN THE ROOMS! Tiny chairs only for a SUITE? EVERY ad shows a recliner! Do not be fooled! Its not a suite..just a room with a small kitchenette.

Edit: owner attempted to refute my review. Adding photo evidence of recliners being offered, and lowering my review. Again, avoid at all costs!

- SWShaun WilliamsAug 7, 20254.0Property is fine. The location is a mixed bag. Love access to interstate. Short drive to mall, restaurants, etc.. The cons about the location primarily relate to high activity of transient foot traffic. I stayed at property for 8 days. I felt uneasy 1 of 8 nights following a late night return walking thru parking lot area. Would I stay at the property again, maybe. For the most part the foot traffic consists people minding their own business which is fine. The drive to The city isn’t bad at all. Property has plenty of parking and landscaping is beautiful.
