- MPMrs. Ponzo6 days ago5.0Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean to our satisfaction. Im really big on cleanliness. We had one problem during our stay. We were charged for 5 days instead of 2 days. The total amount that should've been charged was 270.00 instead I was charged 600.70. Who makes this type of error? But I immediately called down to the front desk to ask what was going on. I spoke to a Deja and she didn't have any answers. But she did say she didn't understand how that happened. I didn't stop there, I reached out to Malik later that day. He was so nice and pleasant. He gave me the email to Mr. Asad to let him know what happened. I reached out to Mr. Asad and replied back immediately. Mr. Asad apologize for the inconvenience and took care of the problem right away. We were not the only ones that were over charged that weekend. I also spoke to Amy as well, she was confused as well. I mention this so others are aware that this can happen to them as well. But overall the problem was resolved quickly. Shout out to the housekeeping department. The rooms looks so tidy! Thank you for your service. Good job everyone! We will back real soon! We stayed Valentines weekend.

- JJJessica JacksonFeb 2, 20262.0My husband and I decided to stay overnight with our service animal. The parking lot was atrocious! They could have done a better job with snow and ice removal. My husband and I almost fell! Then they charge a "cleaning fee" even for service animals. We've never been charged before staying at hotels and it was disappointing. The room was nice and my husband enjoyed the pool and hot tub. For the terrible parking lot minus two stars and then the "cleaning" fee another star removed. Please do better. We could have seriously been hurt in that parking lot!
