- NDNick Dice3 days ago5.0Been here for 3 months. This is the best management and staff I’ve encountered. I stay at IHGs all over the country. They open the breakfast early for work travelers. They all great you with a smile. Quick to assist. They have any army cleaning the rooms. Great place that’s run well.

The carpet had a red stain (blood or wine-I dunno). The housekeeper left our door open and unlocked even though we had a sign requesting no service.

The hotel is nice and neat and clean, But I will tell you the room does smell a little musky ie...old. However for the rest of the benefits it's worth it. I'd like to also thank James who checked me in and accommodated my request to not be on the bottom floor. He was very professional and courteous and I really appreciate that. I would definitely stay here again. Try to get a view of the river if you can.

Friendly staff, promptly checked me in and assigned me a groun floor room...I AM a "disabled veteran"🤫 Coffee maker was tricky to operate, never used this type before😁 "Musky?" smelling room, kind of like the "wet dog" type smell🤔😬 Otherwise nice hotel worth the price payed...@$135 total for the night...chesper than the Caesar's🤯
