  My room was dirty. I had to wipe off my own coffee table and nightstand and you could see the dirt buildup under the bathroom sink. The service was great at the front desk and the bar. My food was tasty and the bar price was reasonable. The nasty thing was the pool. There was so much filth built up that after I got in I noticed that all around the water line, it was clean below the water and so filth covered above the water line that people had scratched their initials in the filth. Instantly out of the water! Would not go here again if I had a choice. The best thing I can say about the place is the staff were nice. My room was on the side nearest a very busy 7–11. Definitely request a room on the quiet side of the building away from the main road.

  Katrina (GM) and her team are very good. Staying here was a great prep to go hike Old Rag after a good rest.

  What a great place to stay!!! We were in town for the Luke Combs and Dierks Bentley concert...we checked in Friday afternoon and noticed right off the bat the parking lot and grounds were very well maintained. Heading on inside we were greeted by the front desk associate and the manager. They were both very welcoming, kind, and informational about local business' near by. Check in was quick and easy. We headed up to the room. Very clean, roomy and cozy. Breakfast was great both mornings. The staff made you feel like you were at a bed and breakfast not just a hotel. Check out was easy and painless. I know my go to spot if we're ever in the area again. I would even sacrifice a little farther of a drive just to stay in this great hotel again because of the peace of mind knowing the experience was on point the first time! Kudos to all the staff for a job well done. Thank you for making our trip a stress free enjoyable stay!

  Convenient and extremely friendly. From the desk staff to room cleaners, very professional and a can-do attitude. The breakfast was exceptional for its included. Coffee is brewed fresh and Convenient as well. Highly recommend this place for convenience to Ruby Tuesdays, Knakals, Peppers Grill and the Bear knife shop and Country Cookin. Doesn't get any better than that. Thank you for a neat and tidy stay.

  So I have stayed here many times and the rooms have been very clean but this time the bathroom is not up to my cleanliness standards. It's been wiped down but the floor is dirty with dirty in the corners and some crappy patch jobs. The rest of the room is clean and neat. The staff is friendly and are ready and willing to help. The pool and work out room is very nice.
