  The rooms are clean and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. The staff is wonderful. Coffee is okay.

  I arrived at this hotel with a confirmed reservation (Confirmation #47738896) and was told my reservation could not be found — and that no rooms were available. Let that sink in: I had a confirmation number, and they still had no room for me. This is called being “walked,” and it is one of the most disruptive things a hotel can do to a guest. I had planned my travel entirely around this stay. I was not a walk-in hoping for availability — I was a confirmed guest who held up my end of the agreement. The hotel offered no satisfactory resolution on the spot. They directed me to another more expensive Holiday Inn hotel. If you are considering booking here, understand that a confirmation number apparently means nothing to this property. I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere — or at minimum, call the day before to verify they actually have your room. I have filed a formal complaint with hotel management and will be escalating further. Traveler beware.

  Service was excellent! Eyvette was incredibly friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, but the rest of the room could use an update. Furniture was in rough shape and walls were very scuffed. Everything was clean though and well stocked. Note; it is next to the railroad tracks, but I only heard the train once in the afternoon

  My wife and I travel all over the United States. Eyvette made checking in easy with a fantastic greeting ! We will definitely be staying here whenever we are close. Thank you Eyvette!

  Clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast bar had real oatmeal! No USB outlets in the rooms so make sure you bring an adapter for your IPhone. Light switch for the bathroom was 15 inches from the door at belt level, below the wall mount hair dryer!?! Hard to find in a dark bathroom. Keurig coffee maker in each room and coffee on the main lobby with flavored creamers. Bar and restaurant on site. 4 miles off I 81. We were on the second floor which has green decor and leafs motif. Felt like I was walking in a jungle lol. Good lighting. Good staff! Had two breakfast attendants check on me!
