The operations manager was downright rude when I confronted him about cancelling reservations that had been made a month ago, telling me that we didn't have to stay there.

Staff very helpful, friendly, and professional, even when I overheard other guests complaining about their room condition. Room was clean. Your flag outside on the flagpole is so shredded one can’t even read it- embarrassing
