Diamond Elite Member here, not impressed at all! 😠 I asked to upgrade to a one-room suite but was told no on Monday and maybe on Tuesday there would be one available. My reservation was for the top floor, away from the elevator, which is listed in my profile. I was given a room on the first floor, the very last room down the hall. It was noisy, with people in and out of the side door, and some type of machine buzzing in the machine room next door. I travel to that area two weeks a month and decided to try the newest hotel around, but I'm not sure if I would stay again. 😤 #hotel #disappointment #travel #room #noise #stay

My husband and I treated ourselves to a date night and booked a room here on Friday. The lovely woman working the front desk Friday night was a gem(forgive me for forgetting her name). The room was impeccable.
The morning staff however were a disaster. Housekeeping walked into our room when we didn’t get to the door fast enough which is highly inappropriate(I was showering); if no one answers or declines service please move on.
Housekeeping came back again at 10:15 to ask what time I’d be leaving. Check out is at 11am, why are you asking when I’m leaving? It made me feel rushed and unwelcome. We do a date night
every 3 weeks and based on the room and check in thought we had found our new spot. The morning housekeeping has given me second thoughts.

We gave it another shot as my husband surprised me with a room using his points as he is a platinum member. it’s currently 9:15 and housekeeping has just woken me up to ask what time I’m leaving. Last night I specifically asked we not be bothered and was told to use the do not disturb sign and they wouldn’t be allowed to disturb. Yet they did. I understand needing to know who is checking out and in but they should coordinate with the front desk. My day starts at 4am and runs for 6 days so a retreat is both well deserved and exciting. Why I need to be burdened instead of your staff communicating with one another baffles me.
