  New, clean, and capable smart friendly staff. My room had a full kitchen that had silverware, measuring cups, plates, etc..... I was blown away as to how nice it was for the cost. No question, I will definitely stay here again if bon the area.

  Although the room itself was quite comfortable, a good nights sleep was impossible here due to the incapability or unwillingness of the overnight staff to address issues. Upon entering the hotel lobby around 10 pm, we were greeted by what we could only assume was a party going on. Ten to fifteen people, half of whom were children, were yelling loud enough over each other that communicating with the people behind the desk was incredibly difficult. That would not have been a big issue had that been the end of it. It was not. Despite multiple calls to the front desk about it, kids running up and down the halls and yelling continued until about 1 in the morning. The cherry on top was them knocking on doors and running away, again, up until about 1 in the morning. Should the other guests be normal human beings during your stay, this hotel is fine. If they are being absolute nightmares, don’t expect the staff to be willing or able to do anything about it. Beds are good though 🤷🏻

  I stayed at Candlewood Suites for a few months while waiting for the construction of my new home to be completed, and I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the comfortable rooms and excellent amenities to the outstanding staff, my experience was truly exceptional. Matthew Bonnett, the Director of Sales, was always available to answer my questions about room rates and any changes I needed during my stay. The front desk team — Shaquitta and Melissa — were absolutely wonderful! I had so many great conversations with them, and they always went out of their way to make sure I received my packages and had everything I needed. Overall, I’d give this hotel a 10/10 for both quality and service. I highly recommend Candlewood Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the area!

  We had a recent extended stay here and I have to say everything exceeded our expectations. Especially Miss Shaquitta!! She was so kind and helpful the entire time we were there. My toddler can be a handful and she was always so patient with him and made him feel so special.

  Shaquita was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, sweet, and welcoming. We’re travel construction workers, and our stay here was incredible — all thanks to Shaquita! She was the go-to woman here, always ready with the answers and solutions we needed. From helping with my internet to answering every random question I had, she went above and beyond. Shaquita truly makes you feel at home, and that’s what made this experience the best. Thank you again, Shaquita — you’re a true gem!
