They are conscientious, courteous, consistent, and friendly staff that make the stay enjoyable. The staff members remember us by name from one visit to the next making us feel at home. Individuals like Billy, Robert, Gregory, and Matthew are amazing. A perk of staying here and influenced us picking Staybridge is the free laundry facilities. Sadly, only 4 of the 11 machines work, which is the same status from our July visit. We would really like Staybridge to fix the other machines. The 4 machines would be perfect if we were the only users, but many guests use the machines negating this peck occasionally.
