Waiting on a part and they have been down for a while. Asked for a refund. Or money back. I was told they couldnt. But they couldnt tell the truth about the pool either. Only reason we went here was to relax in the hottub. We would have stayed in the hotel we had otherwise.

It's newer and it’s always been clean, comfortable, and staffed with friendly, helpful people. For our wedding at Eastwood Farm & Winery, we worked with them to set up a room block for many of our guests, and the experience was seamless. The room block was completely free to book, and they provided a clear contract outlining how rooms would be released if the block wasn’t fully used. They even checked in with me before the wedding to ensure that everyone on my guest list received the rate, even if they forgot to book with our room block code. Everything ran smoothly, and our guests were very happy with their accommodations. If you’re in Charlottesville or planning a wedding in Charlottesville, we highly recommend working with this hotel for your stay or your guests' stay!

Since we were visiting over Thanksgiving weekend they allow their housekeeping staff to be minimal and spend time with their families and we were required to ask for towels at the front desk. We had no issues with this process. They gladly provided us with extra towels every morning. For the price of the hotel it was worth every dollar spent. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
