The maintenance of the room was poor like a slow draining sink. The bathroom was not very clean. The worst part was the stale bagels, bread and muffins at breakfast.

- CWC WhiteOct 27, 20252.0Spoke with hotel x 2 after making reservation confirming we would be arriving late. When we arrived even later than expected (add 4 hours- due to construction and delay with rental car-3am) there was not a room with 2 double beds available for 3 people. It had not been assigned despite receiving a call for my credit card information earlier that day. Attendant on call reached out to her manager who did not respond back. Attendant gave us two single bed rooms instead. When attempting to get in our room, we found someone else in it. Went back to attendant and was given a different room. In the morning, I spoke with the attendant as instructed to facilitate a reassignment. The attendants did not know where to put us. They then figured out a room to switch us to but it wasn’t ready. At this point, we just wanted to sleep. The manager then called and insisted we change rooms by check out time as we were being “accommodated”. Since I had 2 nights booked, I didn’t have a check out time that day. We had to wait to get our new room delaying catching up on needed sleep. After all the commotion, we couldn’t get back to sleep. This ruined our evening plans attending a wedding. Would have been great to just have the room we paid and had a reservation for when we arrived!
