ColeJan 5, 20263.0The location is great and the hotel and even the rooms are nice, BUT if you have any difficulty sleeping there's a couple things that really work against your comfort: First, REALLY bright lights in the bathroom and bedside. Goodbye any sleepies, you have just been blinded by the light. Second, the toilets flush with incredible force, just set a firecracker off in my ear why don't you! And to a much lesser degree: The bathroom doors are on rollers, so they make a loud rumble any time they open and close. The rooms were neat and tidy and comfortable, but the water pressure in the shower was really not good, so thumbs down on that too. Helpful staff, although I don't know where they were the first ten minutes of our stay, the lobby was a ghost town and it was a little awkward wondering if everyone else was locked in a vault somewhere.

- RWRyan WDec 13, 20251.0Avoid! It's a converted old school holiday inn that didn't upgrade to what you expect from "express". Service at check in downright abrasive. Room has a musty odor. two beds. One bed frame broken, feet were above head and almost rolled off. i could sleep on the edge of the other bed but I thought i was going to fall in. Went to restaurant for breakfast, no one there to seat me at restaurant (breakfast non-complimentary). When i was headed back to my room hungry, three people in line. First person in line asked if I saw someone who worked there by the restaurant. Hard to believe how good the reviews are given my experience.
