This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had! First I did not receive the room type I requested. This was reported to both the hotel and booking.com. Second the room I was given had a weird odor and broken/malfunctioning equipment. This was also reported to both hotel staff and booking.com I was then put thru hours of contacts where NO ONE wanted to take responsibility or resolve my issue, The hotel and booking.com both denying responsibility and claiming the other party was not responding. The hotel moved me to a clean and functional room for my second night, however I was never given the room type I requested and paid for. If this is the service I can expect I will not be using or referring others to Booking.com or Hilton Gardens. I am deeply disappointed in all parties concerned.

Just arrived. The lobby was fairly updated and clean, the staff was helpful, prompt and courteous. The room itself a bit disappointing.

I had to call the hotel multiple times to get my receipt emailed to me. I checked in early (paid the early fee) but my bill show I was a no show. After multiple calls I final received my invoice for my stay that did not have no show on it.
