When I was running from Grounds an employee allowed me to enter and seek refuge. The managers made sure the other students there and myself were welcome to stay and be SAFE. They let us use their lounge area to lockdown in. Then there is the barista, whom I thanked personally, that made sure we felt as safe as possible and brought us something to drink. From the managers to the barista they were an amazing team that restored my faith in humanity. They are amazing. If the rooms and food are half as good as they are people then you are in good hands.

This was a more challenging experience. 4 stars for service as the Valet was prompt, front desk staff were prompt as well as helpful and the bartender (both bars) was good but overworked. 1 star for the dark room and awkward shower as the door bar is set too low. 3 star for location due to in-hotel dining was poor and no nearby breakfast restaurant.

- DPDustin PettenatiOct 20, 20251.01 star for the room - no fan, AC didn't work, and the toilet was clogged when we arrived 1 star for service - half the time when I went to the front desk there was no one there, the parking garage was "full" and there excuse was that they don't run the parking garage, even though they had repair people using 22 spots to repair furniture rather t than have guest parking during prime football season 1 star for location - traffic is obnoxious in that region, but thats not technically their fault 1 star overall - I had the same billing issue with them 4 times, spent 2 hours on hold, only to have an AI hang up on me. It's been 1 month since my stay and I still haven't had my issue resolved.
