    Renovations to this place resulted in the smallest shower head known to man. Whoever designed these bathrooms need to go back to school and learn about what people need and want from a hotel stay.

    House keeping stole some change I left out not that I really care it's just bad buisness. When I notified the frount desk of the theft they tried to push the blame back on me and would not take responsibility nor hold themselves accountable in any way.And it's hit and miss if you get a hot shower seems like...

    Posted on March 25, 2026: $10/day for breakfast, but the hotel is under renovations. The breakfast is served in a conference room, so if there's more than 4 people already there, you'll be sharing an 8 person table with strangers. The quality of the food was also very low and the yogurt had spoiled. Chick-fil-a is in the same parking lot, and their breakfast combo is $9.49. At least until the renovation is over, I'd book elsewhere

    Would not recommend this hotel at all. *The on-site restaurant & bar was closed for a 'private event', so we had to walk (in the middle of a winter storm) to a nearby restaurant. I thought the ball-rooms were for events... not shutting down a hotel restaurant.. *Breakfast (not free) was only eggs, sausage, potatoes and sliced bread. *Our door to our room kept getting stuck trying to get back in. *Our toilet would not fill back up w/o taking the back off and jiggling the mechanism. *Needed to do laundry and the laundry room has posted that you can purchase laundry detergent in the market. When I asked the clerk (after not finding it in the market) he acted like he had no clue. After traveling all week, in 5 different Holiday Inn brands hotels, this was by far a disappointing stay and way below standard.
