Our room was large, with a king bed, pull-out couch, mini-fridge, microwave, and a sink. The location was convenient—right off the exit and just a few miles from Virginia Tech. Breakfast was included and had something for everyone, including pancakes, turkey sausage, eggs, and more. They also offer coffee, hot chocolate, and tea all day, which was a nice bonus. If the rates didn’t increase so much during busy times, we’d definitely stay here more often.

Excellent, but that’s about it… •Front desk was nice, I only interacted with one person during our 2 day stay, she was pleasant & helpful. •Huge room! •beds were comfy Cons: •Paid $$ for our weekend since it was a big VT home game. •Rooms were subpar. Carpets smelled, toilet was covered in poop splatters, pull out couch had some funky “white” stains. •A/C turned on and off every minute on the minute, so a good nights sleep was constantly interrupted. All in all, it’s a Holiday Inn, so don’t expect much.
