  I had an amazing experience! Nicole at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She assisted me with all my request incredibly welcoming, and helped my family. I was very grateful to meet her. She was so friendly, and knowledgeable. What ever they are paying her is not enough. Just ask Nicole.

  The free breakfast had no food labeled with ingredients. There were no options for people with allergies or restricted diets. They don’t even have lactose free milk.

  The level of ick was disturbing! Upon arrival the ice was clearly unsafe and the welcoming committee wasn't so pleasant not rude but clearly not a fan of their jobs! The walls in our room were nasty but not as nasty as the cockroach (again wish I could post pix) running across the pool floor... breakfast was a minimum have too... oh and not everyone drinks coffee! Speaking of coffee that area was always messy... and it could really use some basic maintenance and upgrading!

  If I could give negative stars I would! First problem was when we got there to check in the lady at the front desk said "your room is not done yet I asked "how long should it be"she said well check in is not until 3" mind you I requested an early check in time that was approved on booking.com. So we leave come back just to have to wait another 10 minutes because the lady was on the phone trying to help someone with a reservation for MAY NEXY YEAR!! Second problem hot tub was cold felt exactly the same as the pool. Last but not least at 9:30am of the day of check out my husband and I left to go get coffee and come back to finish packing up the room and our belongings upon coming back with our coffees our room was cleaned out door wide open my stuff missing!! I'm also going to put this out here i did not check out and check out time was not until 11am NOBODY should have went into that room until A. I checked out or B. check out time arrived whichever came first. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HOTEL!! Only thing good about the place was the comfy bed 🤦‍♀️
