    If I could give negative stars I would! First problem was when we got there to check in the lady at the front desk said "your room is not done yet I asked "how long should it be"she said well check in is not until 3" mind you I requested an early check in time that was approved on booking.com. So we leave come back just to have to wait another 10 minutes because the lady was on the phone trying to help someone with a reservation for MAY NEXY YEAR!! Second problem hot tub was cold felt exactly the same as the pool. Last but not least at 9:30am of the day of check out my husband and I left to go get coffee and come back to finish packing up the room and our belongings upon coming back with our coffees our room was cleaned out door wide open my stuff missing!! I'm also going to put this out here i did not check out and check out time was not until 11am NOBODY should have went into that room until A. I checked out or B. check out time arrived whichever came first. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HOTEL!! Only thing good about the place was the comfy bed 🤦‍♀️

    Most disappointing stay - checked in late in the evening to realize that there was no hot water no premises. Front desk staff didn't inform us until we asked, at which point they admitted it was turned off due to a problem. There was no hot water in the morning either. Staff lied by omission and were indifferent when finally informing us and at checkout. Terrible customer service.
