We stayed several nights for work and family time at the end of Sept- beginning of October of 2025. We'd like to especially mention Leslie who made us feel so welcomed. We have honestly never been greeted or treated so kindly at a hotel before! Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful, including Nanesh, Justin, and Ibrahim, who consistently went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the hotel itself is beautifully decorated with lots of natural light. Breakfast was excellent. We really appreciate them having non-pork alternatives like chicken sausages. Hot coffee is free and always available in the lobby, and it actually tasted really good! The location was safe and was perfect for walking to nearby cafes, restaurants, and other spots around Arlington. they also offer a complementary shuttle with friendly drivers. On our last day, the staff treated us like friends who were heading out and even offered to take our picture and chatted with us outside until our Uber arrived. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Attentive and friendly customer service. Caveat: We did have two concerns that we attributed to our visit coinciding with Christmas. First, the housekeeping was not up to standard. And, second, the quality of the three breakfasts we had was at best mediocre. This is something we will monitor during our next visit to determine whether this is a trend.

- SWSeth WashburneDec 19, 20255.0Gorgeous hotel, and super-quiet on the highway side. Beautiful lobby, beautiful carpeting, rooms, wallpaper, sheets, all top-notch. Great breakfast and eating areas. It was great to be about a 7-minute drive from the Lincoln Memorial and from Georgetown. We stayed Thursday, 12/11, in Room 315, which has two bedrooms and a center living area. We faced the highway, and I watched a car speed by at maybe 70 mph 50 yards away and could not hear it! Occasional trucks made a very low rumble, but sounded very far away. Street parking is free from 8pm-8am, and $1.75/hr at other times, and was quite safe, as an alternative to the hotel's $30 + tax rate. We loved this hotel and you will, too.
