  My name is Joshua, The Transit Prodigy and I'm a content creator for YouTube. When booking hotels, I look for the best and even if it's not, I hope for my best so here's my take. 1) The Wi-Fi was TERRIBLE. The Wi-Fi was slow in speed. I was working on my videos I've been doing during my time there and honestly, it took over 12 hours to upload a 3¼ hour video. I had to leave my laptop running the entire night so it wouldn't disturb the process. A prominent hotel should have faster Wi-Fi. That was the only real amenity I can say was in my interest since there were no pools, etc. Amenities overall are terrible. 2) Convenience. This, too, is terrible but that's not the hotel's fault. Honestly, I rated that low because not everybody drives and getting to Ronald Reagan National Airport can be annoying when you have to rely on Uber, a friend picking you up, etc. Crystal City Metro Station is a good walk and personally, I'm not complaining since I'm able to walk but not many other people can due to mobility issues. The only buses you'll see is the airport shuttle unless you head to the aforementioned transit center. 3) Comfort. The bed was wonderful and totes comfortable. No complaints. 4) Staff Friendliness. The staff noticed I checked in on my birthday, January 8th, and even greeted me for it. Bonus points. I muchly appreciated it! Finally, the room itself. I had a hard time working the shower handle. One minute I can get it to work and the next, yes a hassle. I hated the complexity of it and the AC being controlled by a thermostat was not any better. I hated those things. Overall, it's not a bad hotel but it was underwhelming to say the least. If you are coming to this hotel and you're a content creator, expect slow upload and download speeds. I'd love for this hotel to have a pool and the view of the airport is blocked by other office/hotel buildings sadly. That's why it got a 3 from me but my install experience here was good. Recommendable but with caution.

  Location wise very near to Washington DC City centre. I didn't try the restuarant and used Uber eats. The national guard was stationed at the hotel during my stay which was after Christmas. The room had a heater, fridge, coffee machine, ironing table and the washroom was spacious and had all the amenities, with a tub and a shower.

  I made a big mistake booking two nights here. This hotel is absolutely disgusting. There are hairs in my bed that are not mine and there are recent reports of bed bugs, which I should have looked into before I booked this place. Now I just feel paranoid, and my day is ruined.

  Stayed for three nights a few weeks ago and had a great experience. Upon check-in, Hadid was very kind and helpful with the process and explaining everything about the hotel to me. The location is prime if you are looking to walk around and explore all that Crystal City/National Landing has to offer. You can also walk a short distance and catch the Metro or hop into an Uber to make it into downtown DC quickly (depending on traffic in the morning/evening).

  Bueno yo les puedo decir que el día 17 de diciembre de 2025 a las 9.49 pm pase la peor de mi vida con 2 personas que trabajan en Front desk , el peor recibimiento que me han dado en algún lugar. Tenía una recerva por 4 días y decidí irme , ya me sentía predispuesta al tratarme así desde el día 1 , esas mismas personas me intentaron sacar de mi tarjeta 424 .00$ me parece una falta de respeto, al final terminé pagando 200 que todavía los estoy esperando según ellos de depósito, yo desde mi punto de vista sacaría a esa señora mal educada que se ríe de los clientes del hotel en su cara y al otro señor que estaba ese día que nunca más lo vi , jamás volvería , porque si uno está pagando un sitio es para relajarse, no para estresarse más . La limpieza no es mala , pero en 4 días no encontré a nadie que me cambiara unas toallas, pero si encontré una señora de las Que ayuda con el aseo, que me dio unos vasos y unos café , muy buana persona y el Encargado de los Housekeeping muy amable y trato de ayudarme pero el daño estaba echo …….. Aquí estoy esperando mi depósito de 200 y espero que algún día esas personas que trabajan con los clientes cambien de actitud, me estoy quedando en otro hotel que queda cerca de Ahí como 5 min , Hampton inn en cristal City DCA y desde que llegamos mi esposo y yo es otra la atención , se los recomiendo? El mismo precio o más económico y las personas del Front Desk un trato maravilloso ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ y un desayuno que parece bufet , muy bueno todo ✅✅
