I want to especially thank Pearl at the front desk, who is so professional and welcoming. Pearl helped me get into my room early so I could rest after my very early flight, as well as assisted me with a large suitcase that was delivered early in the week. Shortly after arriving to my room, I received a text from Pearl to make sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for it's staff professionalism, clean and spacious rooms, and locale. I look forward to exploring the neighborhood for lunch today, as there are many interesting eateries on the same block! Well done, Hilton Garden Arlington-Shirlington!

Unfortunately my experience was far from that. If a hotel promotes itself as dog friendly it should be prepared to accommodate the realities of traveling with pets. I understand the need for quiet and courtesy but the way the situation was handled lacked empathy and professionalism.

Front desk staff mentioned they just got done with renovations about 5months ago and uou can smell thr newness of the halls! They double rooms are very nicely sized - thought they had placed us in an accessibility room at first! Convenient parking garage ($22/night) right across the street for the whole village square. Hotel guests are to park on floor 4 with reserved spots. There are so many nice restaurants right around the corner, lots of variety of cuisines. Theres a CVS around the corner too. There is public transport points at both ends of thr village entrances too. Even with DCA 9 minutes away - i heard not one plane flying by at night. There is also a 4 mile paved trail across theain road that is well lit in the evenings and early mornings - perfect for walking, jogging, and biking!
