  The beds are to DIE FOR after a long day in DC it’s like sleeping on a cloud truly. Very Nice Staff. I managed to demagnetize my card three different times and they were very sweet. We were on a trip with 14 middle schoolers and they handled it perfectly.

  So my fiancé and I stayed here recently because we wanted to have a quiet weekend. A evolution suite was purchased, upon arriving, the hotel staff seemed a little confused, I guess because their systems were down and they had to physically look people up on their papers. However, for some reason my reservation wasn’t there . However, the two gentleman saw my reservation on hotels .com and proceeded to give me any room. I told them I wanted exactly what I paid for not just a room because they couldn’t find my reservation. Anyway , they didn’t give me a problem, they gave me the suite , complimentary parking and a breakfast voucher , which was very nice. They were accommodating. There were only two things I didn’t like , 1. The hotels pillows were entirely too soft , I had bad neck cramps , and 2, upon using our free breakfast voucher , the waiter tried to stress to us that we needed to tip as if we didn’t know that , to be honest it was a little embarrassing. Anyway besides that the stay was good , everything was close and in the area and the hotel was extremely clean

  I love this hotel remodel. I love the location. I absolutely HATE not being able to contact the hotel for an advertised free shuttle ride from the airport. I tried to call the hotel ride on the afternoon on 2/21/26 multiple times with no answer. Apparently, the phone line lights up but doesn't ring consistently which is a known problem. I even enlisted Hilton Honors to assist and they couldn't contact the Hotel. Eventually I had to hire a Uber out of pocket with no compensation. I really appreciate my bartender/ server, breakfast server and Pearl at the front desk, but that doesn't change the fact I was delayed at the airport for over an hour due to no fault of my own

  Super clean hotel but it’s 2026. Majority of hotels include breakfast in the stay . Not this hotel , you literally have to pay for everything, parking , breakfast, like what is really going on ???? They say parking is $27 a day but on their website it says $22. It’s literally a rip off . You can pay $500 for two nights and still have to pay for breakfast . That’s insane

  I misplaced my wedding ring in my room as I was checking out. I was on a tight timeline and panicking about leaving without my ring. I'd been married less than a month and ring was a family heirloom and irreplaceable. I was crying when my husband asked the front desk to contact us if any staff found it. The clerk was so kind to me in my distress, and housekeeping found my ring! They mailed it back to me within two days. Five stars, would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.
