They are cheap, like the cheapest. You can find better hotels cheaper with better service and overall experience.

I had a good stay, but for some reason Hilton decided to charge me AGAIN for a stay I paid for in advance through a 3rd party. Depending on how this error is corrected, I will update my review at that time. Edit #1: I got a lot of excuses, they were very apologetic and promised to make it right but have yet to do so. They did refund *some* of the money they erroneously charged me, but not all of it, so I will keep pursuing. They offered to comp the 40 or so dollars I spent in the restaurant, which is nice but woefully insufficient for this level of failure. They also charged a card that I have used at a previous Hilton stay, but never gave them at this hotel. This is a serious breach of trust, and I would like some contact other than the BS canned response they put below. Edit #2: I still have yet to receive the full refund of the overcharge. The staff of this location is falling short again. I'm still waiting for someone from Hilton to reach out about this in a format other than a canned response. Final edit: They now continue to charge my card for this stay. I have called Hilton Corporate and they say it has to be resolved by the hotel itself but they "documented" my concern. The hotel staff, Adam, has been apologetic and keeps repeating that they will investigate and correct it, but they keep on making NEW charges, even though I checked out 2 days ago, the most recent being today. I filed a police report for credit card fraud. Very disappointed with how Hilton is responding to this. As an Elite status member I have obviously had good experiences with Hilton in the past, but they have clearly gone downhill.

$275/per night, $21.09 for buffet breakfast, $10 daily credit for a Diamond member. Not a good value. No safe in the room. No bottle water in the room. Standard housekeeping service is every other day. Asked for empty shower bodywash and shampoo to be filled at 7:45 AM, acknowledged by front desk staff via Hilton app chat, but not filled even after 5 PM. I went to the front desk and got bars of soap instead.

This place has amazing customer service! I booked this place for a 2 day stay to go in and around Washington DC with my family. My dad has difficulty walking and even before checking in Garry the front desk representative made sure we had a disability room available by asking other guests who might have booked a disability room without needing it. During my stay Dmitri made sure everything was okay and sent me extra comforter and sheets. It was refreshing to see how much everyone cared about the people staying and made sure they have the best stay! Also very good location, accessible to metro. The parking was $30 each day which is decent and has lift access to the rooms.
