We’re located just one mile from Georgetown and Georgetown Waterfront Park. The Arlington National Cemetery and shopping at The Crossing Clarendon are six minutes away. Washington DC and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport are within eight miles of us. Enjoy our meeting space, views of DC and Potomac River, and on-site dining.
This place is like a refinished old hotel. All the amenities are very old style. No centralized lights command at the doorway or next to the bed. The lighting is bad. The door card is basic. The lobby is weirdly designed looks like a business hotel in Asia with conference hall feel to it. It smells like a cheap air spray in the lobby. The shower is good and the bed is comfortable, pillows are too soft. Upon arrival the doorman did not help me to get my bags out of the car. But he did help me to load them when leaving when I asked. The bar downstairs is enjoyable, bartenders are creative and the little convenience store is convenient.
The employees were efficient and pleasant.
The location is excellent 2 blocks from the metro and there are a lot of good restaurants nearby. The continental bar/pool hall is across the street.
Please be aware that the parking lot across the street (which is $15 per day) is closed on the weekends so you cannot take your car out at all!

Overall I give 3/5. The hotel it’s is beautiful the moment you walk in. Upon checkin staff were friendly. The reason I’m giving a 3 is due to the late check out option. It states to ask in advance, which is what I did the day of check in. I was then told I’d have to wake up between 8-9am on my checkout date to ask. That quite literally defeats the whole purpose of asking for late check out. If I’m waking up to ask then I’m just leaving. This actually infuriates me being a Hilton member who hasn’t had much issues in the past at different locations and competing hotels such as Marriott, Holiday Inn etc. I also purchased a glass bottle of water that I didn’t realize needed a bottle opener. I don’t carry one around so asked the front desk. They did look for one but couldn’t find one. Said someone would come to my room and assist me. After waiting 20 minutes or so I went back down and magically someone had one. Kind of felt forgotten. On a scale 1-10 I’d give the hotel 6.5/10 solely based on the late check out situation and being forgotten. Again, rooms were nice, beds comfy and shower was nice. But ideally I can get the same experience at other hotels just the same if not more at times. Very let down in certain aspects here.

I stayed here in November 2025 when the hotel was just a few months old, and I really liked it. The view was amazing, and the room was clean and well organized.
The lobby area is big, spacious, and spotless, a great place to relax. The location is perfect too; you can enjoy a nice walk nearby, and there are plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops within a 5–10 minute drive.
Really recommend this place, especially staying on the higher floors (28 and up)!

Honestly one of the most disappointing Hilton stays I’ve ever had. Paying $400 a night and still having to wake up at sunrise because the curtains don’t close properly is just ridiculous. On top of that, I at least expected breakfast to be included for that price but nope, not even that.
To make things worse, the internet was terrible, not even connecting, and when I called the front desk multiple times, the guy was rude and unhelpful, acting like I was bothering them.
The only good thing about this place is the nice city view from the higher floors. Definitely not worth the money unless you book it with time and pay less than I did.

Avoid this hotel…this hotel is new so it’s going through a “teething period”, and the hotel lacks many basic facilities/features…whoever did the interior design and furnishings has no idea how business travelers use hotels…there is barely any closet space in which to hang clothes and No drawers in which to put clothing…so you live out of your suitcase like I did for days… no rack on which to place a suitcase so you end up putting it on your bed or the floor to open it up…Management doesn’t seem to understand that just because you put a large flat screen TV in the room doesn’t make you business traveler friendly….no standard toiletries in the washroom…misleading description of what a King size suite room entails…many of the reviews on Google are auto generated or created by a marketing agency, since they are not authentic….id avoid this hotel for another year until they get their act together…the only redeeming aspect was that the Reception staff were welcoming but management was no where to be found and pay lip service to Hotel guests complaints…stay aware from this place…
