I spend 5 weeks of the year in Rosslyn for meetings and I am so grateful this hotel opened up. I’ve had constant issues in the surrounding hotels with noise, moldy/mildew smelling rooms, outdated rooms and HVAC. This is a brand new hotel just opened fall of 2025 and it is by far the best hotel in Rosslyn. Clean, modern, brand new, super helpful and kind front desk and bar staff, great drinks in the nice lobby bar. Perfect location, just a block walk to the Rosslyn metro if you want to go into DC. I’m about to spend my second week there and I’m looking forward to trying the restaurant in the hotel. My room had a great view of the area, the Potomac and DC and I enjoyed seeing the morning and evening sights. Immaculately clean room and comfortable beds. Highly recommend!
Had to checkout the new Hilton in the area and it did not disappoint. The View, The View, The View... Where else can you see from Georgetown to the National Mall from over 30 stories up in the sky? We'd go back just to take in the views at sunrise and sunset again! Simple, clean, modern and comfortable. We would definitely recommend. The fake fireplaces are cool and the parking was easy even if a little pricey. Can easily walk to Georgetown and a few different Rosslyn restaurants.
Pro Tip- not all rooms have views of both sides of DC. Be certain to secure a corner view room to be able to see to the North and the East and have a sweeping view you'll only find here.
The sundries/Starbucks store seems out of place and the prices were rough. Only negative I found.
This relatively new hotel replaced the Hilton that was recently demolished across the street. Its location is excellent—situated across the Potomac River from Georgetown and just a five-minute walk to a Metro station. If you get a corner room overlooking Washington, DC and the Potomac River, the view is quite good.
The front desk staff was adequate during check-in and check-out, but service felt minimal. There was no explanation of hotel facilities, services, or Honors member benefits.
The room itself was functional, but the lighting was quite poor. Despite multiple bedside lights and a floor lamp, the space remained noticeably dark.
The bathroom was very basic, comparable to a standard tourist hotel, and the shower pressure was on the low side.
Overall, this is a convenient, well-located option for business travelers who prioritize location over service, prefer minimal staff interaction, and are comfortable with basic amenities.

Booked this hotelat the last minute for a New Year's eve Staycation...
I am still on site as I am writing this review and I must say everything thus far has been absolutely stellar. The check in was friendly and seamless. The doorman arrival was friendly -we know they can be bossy-; special requests were acknowledged and implemented... Larry was absolutely awesome and the check in text was a nice touch. The place is immaculate so I don't know what the comment about a refurbished/old place vibe was about... Hostess at the restaurant was welcoming and delightful, and our bartender Ricardo was stellar. Great presence, outstanding professionalism, entertained questions about Bolivia and expressed expert comment about drinks and different components... the night is young but so far excellent staycation for a special night :-)

The best hotel I've ever been to!
The room I had was spotless, and was equipped with the latest furnishings. There was a huge TV already set up with HBO. When I changed the temperature on the in-room thermostat the temperature change was incredibly rapid. The window spanned basically the entire height and width of the exterior wall. The curtains that covered the window were actually able to block out the light very well, something that I've found isn't common in hotels.
Moreover, the whole building is truly beautiful. The main lobby, the Starbucks, the elevators, and even the parking garage were all clean and well lit.
The staff at the front desk were kind and quick when it came to both check in and check out.
Parking was easy, I was able to rent a spot in the underground parking garage for 45 dollars a night. Maybe a bit pricey, but the convenience of being able to go straight from my room to my car with only a single elevator ride and maybe 300 ft of walking was great.
I could seriously go on for so long singing the praises of this hotel, but I think I've written enough as is. Please, if you have to rent a hotel in the DC/Nova area, go here.
