Rooms were ok, not luxury but a decent enough place to work and sleep. Grab and go self service market was a great option when the restaurant wasn't open. Location was close to the airport but a bit of a trek to the metro. Walkable but a lot of turns. Quiet, especially for being next to an airport.

I was here for a seminar, and the coffee bar closes HARD STOP at 1pm.... for people attending seminars, it should be 2pm. In the AM the barista charged me for a large and gave me a medium BOTH DAYS. I know its only like $1.25 difference, but when I pointed out, she just went 'oh', and moved onto her next task.... no offer to fix it or make it right...The bar/ restaurant doesnt open til 3pm.... so for everyone who has lunch break from 1-2PM (as most seminars do). Nothing was available to us. I got a $5 iced tea at the restaurant, and apparently those aren't refillable either.... just seems like a nickel and dime type place pretending to be luxury

Eric at the front desk helped me with not one but two personal challenges I was dealing with after I arrived. He went above and beyond. Location is great too. I hope our annual meeting chooses this hotel again for our lodging. Thank you, Eric!
- ZHzurgham hussainOct 28, 20251.0Poor shuttle service! Update : I called them after they ask for a call. And then they just apologised nothing else no compensation was offered for my time and money. Because i paid them for shuttle and parking. shuttle was not provided by them and i had to take a taxi from airport to grab my from their garage. I wasted 1 hour at airport now they manage to waste another precious 7 minutes of my time by asking me for a call that led to absolutely nothing. I wish i could give 0 star to them.
