Staff were so helpful. Especially helpful front desk staff Samey and Ferdows, placed us in nice rooms. Also appreciated the attentive housekeeping staff on the 11th floor. Food was good and bartenders were great. All around, very nice stay. Highly recommend!

Some of the room towels had holes, the room Frig is the tiniest that I have ever seen. Bed pillows were very good but couldn’t get extra for our needs.

I am super appreciative of their kindness and fast service. Also at one point I took the wrong elevator and Richard was very kind helping me find my way back to the garage. The hotel and my room were clean, pretty, and modern; and the garage was easy to navigate and park in; but the five star customer service was easily the best part of my stay. Will def stay again!
