The staff here always go out of the way to accommodate my needs and for that I’m thankful. Especially the guy at the front desk (bald guy with beard) Who was able to check me in my room super super early due to me not feeling well after traveling in. Thank you. The last few visits however have consisted of some rooms that have smelled like mold and or had fixtures not working or fixtures that look very worn down. The staff here are phenomenal in this hotel is so convenient but the best thing that could happen to it outside of that would be a remodel. I have coworkers who will stay across the street at the Marriott or the Westin and walk A couple blocks just to feel good in their hotel rooms. I really think you guys should consider remodeling your facility add making yourselves a little more competitive with both of the Marriotts in Ballston.

Well picture that but a dark, hot, and humid room that looks like a motel 6 half to a third of the size of a regular hilton. I checked in then checked out due to the rotten smell of the room and was still charged $350 for that night because i stepped into the foul rotten smelling room.
