Care for breakfast?
Look elsewhere. I got a runaround that led me to a counter where people wait and no one works there. Tysons Marriott puts this place to shame with amenities.
Want to be charged for wifi? $51 to park?
Look no further. This is your spot.

I used their garage for a week parking at DCA airport which was much cheaper. The garage is tight but not an issue for me. Staff is great and location is quick to airport. They have shuttle service.

Outdated and dirty!
The hotel feels old and unkept. The entrance is very awkward. There was no one around to help and no baggage carts. I had to carry everything up. The room was dingy and had many maintenance issues. Dust was overflowing from the HVAC. The filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. The ice machine was broken. The location was ok but I would not stay here again.

This is a hotel with a convention center, & restaurant all-in-one. Parking is terrible and virtually non-existent. There is underground parking but if there are no available spots you have to call a number to be let out - which seems to be a very common issue. If traveling solo, the logistics of finding parking, checking-in, bringing luggage upstairs is a nightmare. No check-in parking spots, so ppl are double/triple/quadruple parked downstairs.
Rooms are extremely dated. Elevators are slow. 5/10 for cleanliness. Staff is slow to respond to basic questions. Staffing was odd. Saw 3 staff in the restaurant/bar and only 1 for check-in with a long line - with additional front desk staff in the backroom. There is also heavy construction in the area surrounding the hotel area.
If possible, avoid this hotel. There are multiple other hotels on the same street that are better, faster, cleaner.

I am big on customer service and this place has provided nothing but the best. It started with my check-in. Chandler was the definition of customer service. He treated me like I matter and that I was a valuable customer. He is the example of how to get a customer to come back. Thank you, kind sir.
Well, I checked out the following morning and when I arrived at my destiny. I discovered that I left a really nice coat in my room. I called the hotel and CeeCee answered. Even though I couldn't see her physically, I saw her smile and felt her heart through the phone. She was on top of it, located my coat, called me back and packaged it well in the front office.
My experience here was nothing more than perfect. Thank you. See you soon.
