- MKMichelle King1 day ago3.0I travel weekly snd stay at IHG properties. The hotel is a classic Crowne Plaza, elegant and excellent staff. However, the rooms, although very nice, have a microwave but no mini fridge ? , my keilurig only made half cups so I had to use all 3 k cups to make one coffee. The rooms are outlet deficient, only outlets on 2 bedsidelamps and my charger brick would not stay in the plug and I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. NO USB ports!! My TV remote did not work. I turned TV on at the device but I got a no signal message. I did let the front desk know at check out. Parking is expensive at $44 a night, self parking, .Final disappointment eas breakfast was not early enough for my trip requirements (6am) and the restaurant, although good food, was not Crowne Plaza quality that I was used to in other locations. 3 stars at best
- NNN3 days ago1.0Way too much noise, both from outside and from the hallways. I was in a mini suite. It was very noisy all night. The staff said all rooms are the same for noise. In general, staff was slow and not helpful at all.

Continental breakfast at that! Housekeeping is on point. If I could give it 4 1/2 stars then I would, but 5 is too high. lol I will say they stay is comfortable and the heat works.

No blanket and pillows provided for the pull out sofa when I mentioned I would need to use it. Called for room service to bring some up, was informed ONE person is working in the entire hotel and I was talking to them so I’d have to go get them myself. I can probably sketch the exact spring layout of the pull out sofa through its 2 inch mattress. Motion sensor thermostat nonsense. Outlets don’t work.

Room was okay, but the place is majorly out of date. No built in USB charging points, the bed was creaky and the bathroom was clean but old and needed a refresh. Overall, it served the purpose of napping a few hours but I would never make it a point to go back here.
