I’ve been trying to reach someone at the front desk for 2 days and no one picks up. Rude staff that cuts you off while you’re speaking. I used the IHG directly book the reservation and paid for the reservation ahead of time for a friend that was coming into town. Yet the day of, no card was on file, room wasn’t paid for despite getting an email my card was charged and me calling ahead of time to inform of my guest. At the end of the day it got resolved, nothing was simple and the staff at the hotel was less than ideal to work with.

The air conditioning wasn’t working at all in the room we stayed in. My boyfriend got heat rash from the temperature of the room. Very uncomfortable. The best the staff could do was give us two fans that virtually did nothing. The maintenance guy had no idea what he was doing or knew how to fix it. They claimed they were sold out which I strongly doubt. Therefore we couldn’t change room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. If you’re looking for something cheaper, just keep in mind you get what you’re paying for. Only bonus was the Metro being right next door. Won’t stay here again.

This place requires a deposit by credit or debit card only for more than the room room costs. Room rate was 139 a night deposit was 150. I had to come out-of-pocket nearly $300 to stay here and it’s dated at that. Mr. Patel must only own this location because everywhere in the country is a $50 deposit never have I seen in a higher end hotel a deposit equal to the amount of the room that only occurs in very very low end hotels.
