- KOKaty Oian2 days ago4.0Our first stop on our long road trip for our party of 8 (4 adults, 2 toddler, 2 cats)... and it was a pleasant experience for all of us. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, complimentary breakfast was way beyond delicious. Wifi wasn't great on the 10th floor, but our room's proximity to the freeway and height made it ideal for mobile data. The lobby was decorated, there was a bar and cafe, elevators were efficient, and everything just felt comfortable. Pets allowed!

I don’t know what hotel wouldn’t find a way to fix it In two weeks time when you have a sold out event that weekend but this is one of them. Spent over a thousand dollars in preparation for this event just to not be able to attend because our reservation was ripped out from under us. I hope this place never reopens.
- MMmarj1stDec 9, 20253.0We stayed here for a weekend to be close to the Celtic Christmas parade. It wasn't that close. It's semi convenient to places in Alexandria. It's a pretty basic hotel which made the fact that the staff was a bit aloof somewhat amusing for the establishment! The rooms were clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept great both nights! The stay was worth it for this. The parking was expensive and discounted the whole experience. I probably would have given it 4 stars of parking hadn't been added on.
