  I’ve stayed here two separate times now, and I can’t say I have any complaints. The staff were always friendly, though sometimes it took them a minute to answer the phone or arrive at the front desk. They were also accommodating to my travel plans.

  This place requires a deposit by credit or debit card only for more than the room room costs. Room rate was 139 a night deposit was 150. I had to come out-of-pocket nearly $300 to stay here and it’s dated at that. Mr. Patel must only own this location because everywhere in the country is a $50 deposit never have I seen in a higher end hotel a deposit equal to the amount of the room that only occurs in very very low end hotels.

  LA made our evenings unforgettable! Not only were the drinks fantastic, but the atmosphere she created was just as enjoyable. She remembered our preferences, offered great recommendations, and made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit. Her energy, friendliness, and attention to detail made all the difference. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to stop by the bar and see LA!

  this place is right next to the Autobahn way to loud and hotel Location is ok and the service is terrible the staff take forever to get my extra blanket to my room and the font desk take forever to get me in and my coffee maker in my room is not working at all and the room is ok need some more cleaning to be done overall stay terrible and i will not come back for more.

  I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but when people go above and beyond, it deserves to be recognized. I was passing in the area near Holiday Inn on Eisenhower Avenue in Alexandria and urgently needed a reliable Wi-Fi connection for work. I stopped by the lobby to ask for assistance, even though I was not a registered guest at the time. Jadeep and Najowa at the front desk were absolutely amazing. (I apologize if I misspelled your names.) After I explained my situation, they didn’t give me a hard time or turn me away. I wasn't registered as l said, however Jadeep used his personal password to give me access to it. They showed true hospitality and kindness by helping me with access so I could take care of my work. That level of customer service says a lot about the people , and about the IHG brand as a whole. Holiday Inn continues to prove why it’s such a trusted and welcoming place for families and business travelers alike. Thank you again, Najowa and Jadeep, for your professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service. It truly made a difference. DLB
