They’re claiming I needed to get proof of that & because I didn’t get proof and everything was done at the front desk I was charge an extra night. We had a tour booked at 2pm & depending on traffic that’s about a 30 minute drive there. They’re claiming around 2pm there was still items in the room which is impossible because we were on a tour at 2 & never returned. I spoke with Nick Otero & Laura 2 managers there. *************** This Location is also pretty from the capital and all of the site seeing things in Washington DC. Reservation was from October 31 & Checkout on November 2nd 2025 Would be more than happy to remove the review if we came to a resolution but they told me there was nothing they can do. Wyndham Vacation who booked my reservation apparently did not put the right email or phone number and that was another reason I could not be contacted and they say.

Everyone is pretty friendly and helpful and Mohammad, the restaurant / bar manager has been taking great care of me and my guests. A 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Thanks and I will be back again.
