The front desk staff were excellent, and able to accommodate an early check-in for us, which we really appreciated. We were warmly greeted during every entry and exit. For me, this makes a huge impact and difference, and showcases that the staff take their role in the hospitality industry seriously. 2. We got a “city view room,” and it didn’t disappoint. The room was one of the most unique shapes ever - but it was SO spacious, and we loved the that we could see the DC Metro station for King St.-Old Town right from our room. 3. The location is phenomenal. We were so close to the DC Metro, and the free trolley that services the downtown area. We were able to walk to all the great dining and shops along King St. with ease. (We recommend Misha’s for coffees and The Majestic for Dinner!)
