It was a very cold night, so I called down in the morning to ask for assistance with the thermostat and then I was told that the HVAC system wasn't working. I then was offered a portable heater and I could retrieve it at the desk. So not until we I mentioned that we had a cold night then we were offered a heater not at check in??? I'm very disappointed at the facility and would not recommend! P.S.call to make sure the heat is working before you book with them!!
