Location in general is good, however the entrances can be difficult to navigate - if coming Southbound from the tollway, it is easier to take a left on Beauregard and enter from the back entrance in order to get to the main lobby/hotel entrance.

What started as a not-so-good moment quickly turned around because of her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Ms. Jones went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of, and her warm personality made all the difference. I also appreciate that the General Manager personally addressed the matter and offered a sincere apology for the assistant manager’s lack of understanding and hospitality. Their willingness to listen and respond showed true leadership and commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you, Ms. Jones, for turning a challenging moment into a great experience!

Rooms were nice and staff was good. Their bar is average. They do not know how to make a proper Old Fashioned. Their Marketplace is great and decently priced.

I had worked 33 years in the restaurant business and can fully appreciate the professional and warmth provided. Richard makes delicious, fresh omelets, is friendly and kind. Gamal and Ester are a top notch team providing exemplary service and clearly enjoy their jobs. I adore the breakfast crew. In the evenings, Senayit and Anggi masterfully handled our very large group. Again, the warmth and attentiveness are definitely noticed and very appreciated. I feel like I have several new, valued friends that I look forward to seeing again when we visit the area. Congratulations to Greg and your team!!! You are all outstanding 👏
