I was greeted warmly and checked in promptly, which was exactly what I needed after such a long trip. Pauola was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Chris was equally impressive and supportive. both of them represented Hilton exceptionally well. It was cold outside, but parking was easy at $11, and the lot was very nicely plowed, which I really appreciated. Every detail felt handled with care. At checkout Mimi B was incredibly helpful. Top notch customer service! I sincerely hope Pauola, Mimi B and Chris are recognized for the outstanding job they do. Their service made a big difference and reflects the best of the Hilton brand. Highly recommend!
- MHMo. HBJJan 19, 20265.0I had breakfast here last week and I was blown away! This was best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel, anywhere! Blueberry waffles, fresh bagels, oatmeal and all the works! Strawberry compote! Juice on tap, cereal, yogurt, the softest breakfast potatoes in town alongside a fluffy cooked to perfection egg omelette, sausage everything was just so good! And to top it all off the Head Chef Torrey was so kind and attentive, and even with her staff and suburbanites she was extremely professional and just a very nice lady overall, it competed the optimal breakfast experience I was thoroughly enjoying! Thank you ☺️
