    Do NOT Stay Here Unless You Love Disappointment I’m a seasoned traveler who’s stayed in hundreds of hotels across the U.S. and abroad, so I know what “dated but acceptable” looks like. This place is nowhere near that category. I booked based on the solid online ratings and immediately regretted it the second I stepped inside. The entire hotel felt freezing cold the whole time I was there. The room was so outdated it desperately needs a major refresh. Between the 1990s carpet, furniture, and finishes. The TVs are ancient - not even a guide. The “vibe” is just… off. Nothing feels clean, modern, or welcoming. The elevators are genuinely scary (I was not the only guest making remarks) - old, slow, creaky, and I half-expected one to stop between floors. Worst of all, the HVAC system couldn’t handle basic temperature control. In the corner of the room they had a portable dehumidifier running full blast… apparently to “kick out heat.” I still have no idea how that was supposed to work - first time seeing that. I lasted exactly one night. Checked out and rebooked somewhere else, and never looked back. The only positive thing I can say the front desk was nice and friendly on check-in. They’re the reason I’m not leaving a zero-star review. But they can’t overcome the physical condition of the property. Bottom line: Do not stay here. Period. Not until they do a complete renovation. You will be disappointed, and you’ll end up doing exactly what I did—paying twice for a room somewhere else. Save yourself the frustration and the money.

    Betty at Reception is the best! I walked in off the street looking for a place for the night. She was immediately welcoming and answered all my questions before I decided to book online. She asked my room preferences and ensured I had a comfortable space that fit my needs perfectly. The room itself is very clean and comfortable, and the hotel location is excellent. Plenty of great walkable food options, close to transportation- it's an excellent value. And there is parking on premises! I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

    the staff Jane and Betty are very welcoming. They were so nice and made our traveling team feel at home. I will come back to this place. Great location.
