We had an issue in the beginning, but when I reported it to management, it was quickly rectified and resolved. The breakfast was delicious, the drinks were good, and our room was very comfortable! I would definitely return.

The front desk lady, Crystal is stone faced and plain rude. She acts like she hates her job, does not smile, and does not care about guest inconveniences. She pre authorized my card for $700 when my reservation had been paid in full weeks in advance. I ran out of shower gel in the middle of a shower and when I notified the front desk they acted as if it were my fault and did not even apologize. If I could give Crystal zero stars, I would.
