The staff was super friendly and nice and that’s what kept me from leaving. I did not like that they have glassed windows at check in, again, looks shady. The rooms are actually very clean and nice. But I would think twice about staying here again. I hope my car is safe out there

According to the sign that's hanging up by the check in window, if you stay for 3 day's, you'll get "light house keeping". I did not receive ANY type of house keeping during my stay. I had to ask someone to take out my trash! The room smelled like wet dog and cigarettes! I also had an issue with the person next to me letting her rude kids run in the hallway screaming! Being an IHG rewards member usually means your stay includes free breakfast. This hotel does not offer free breakfast. This will be my LAST time staying at ANY Candle wood suites locations!
