I was very impressed by the quality and number of resources available in my room to accommodate anyone who needs to stay for a few days or weeks (e.g. stovetop, microwave, oversize refrigerator and separate freezer.) The room also had a high quality, comfortable, and supportive recliner chair and newer flat screen tv that made me feel just like I was at home. I do want to single out Alondra at the front desk for outstanding, courteous, and professional service and care. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and to make sure everything with my stay met my expectations. Kudos to her for her excellent guest care.

The floor in our room had a significant amount of pet hair and dust bunnies when we checked in and daily turn-down service was not part of the package. Housekeeping only came once a week to replace towels, take out trash, etc. Most other places I've stayed at least offered daily trash removal and bed making. The lending closet was a nice asset offering everything from DVDs and books to board games and waffle irons. The gym/laundry room was convienent since you could work out while you did your laundry and not worry about anyone getting into your stuff but it did feel like a bit of a weird combination. Overall it wasn't bad but definitely not top tier. I guess you get what you pay for.
