- AGAlan GuttmanOct 12, 20255.0The recent renovations are evident throughout the hotel. Everything felt updated. My room was clean, well appointed, comfortable, and most important to me, quiet. I was very impressed by the quality and number of resources available in my room to accommodate anyone who needs to stay for a few days or weeks (e.g. stovetop, microwave, oversize refrigerator and separate freezer.) The room also had a high quality, comfortable, and supportive recliner chair and newer flat screen tv that made me feel just like I was at home. I do want to single out Alondra at the front desk for outstanding, courteous, and professional service and care. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and to make sure everything with my stay met my expectations. Kudos to her for her excellent guest care.

All the staff from the Front desk, Service Hospitality and Grounds Keeping were always respectful, inviting, and caring. You can tell everyone works as a unit and it was beautiful to be a part of and watch. LaCanas really helped me with questions I had about Virginia and during my stay. I witnessed all the staff being thoughtful, caring, helping us and other guests with personal concerns and important mails, being supportive and keeping it 100%🎉 professional! We loved our time here!
