In general it is a fine hotel at a great location, but the hotel staff does not care to protect the safety and confidentiality of their patrons. During our stay (12/28-12/29) there was a sport team group also staying in the hotel. Unfortunately, they arranged our room right next to the rooms with the sport team. They were really loud at night. They were eating, shouting, jumping, stomping and slamming hotel doors all night over 11pm. We have two kids, and the school team boys were so loud that almost none of us could sleep. When I complained that to the front desk in person (not by phone because one of my kids was almost falling asleep), the front desk lady asked me to stay there while she making the phone call and then called the coach, TELLING THEM MY ROOM NUMBER AND MY COMPLAINTS (she said "the mom in room xxxx is complaining that your boys were too loud")! Is this the hotel protocol to reveal the reporting patron's identity and location to the other side? Shouldn't they protect the patron's privacy, confidentiality, and safety first? It made me fear for my and my children's safety as these sport team boys were so much bigger than me and my two girls. When I went up to my room, the team coach was right at the corridor next to my room door! I don't agree with how the front desk handled the situation, and it made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe when she disclosed my room number without my permission. The hotel was not full and they could have not arranged our room right next to the group of kids. Rest of the hotel amenities were fine but the hotel management is problematic.

Great place and very clean and spacious rooms. Mariah at the front desk is very courteous, warm and welcoming. Everyone who works here is a pleasure to deal with and always there to greet you with a smile and a hello.

Comfortable. Smells fresh and clean. Looks to be a fairly recent update as everything looks new inside and well kept. Free HBO Max with guest login as well as live TV and other streaming options. Good lobby area as well with lots of seating areas to hang out and watch TV or relax. Easy on/off the interstate with several fast food and a few restaurants options nearby. Lots of parking and felt safe. Friendly staff. Nothing negative to note. Good stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was nice, very clean, and a great size, making it a comfortable place to relax. What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. Mariah went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely caring. After an unexpected fall in a creek before a long flight, she graciously helped arrange a late checkout so I could shower and get ready. Her willingness to help and her positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. Thanks to Mariah, my experience was excellent, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Had to edit my review. My employer had me staying here, I checked out a week early and I have no clue who they let in the room, but they called my employer and said I destroyed the room and have pictures that are absolutely not the condition I left it in. I have no clue if they're double renting rooms or what happened but definitely sometbing to be cautious of
