  Great place to stay if in town for a week or 2 food is ok but its free so cant really complain i ate it lol rooms were clean service good and alot of amenities for a reasonable price

  This is an awesome place to stay! Very clean, great location! Check in was super easy, and Mel was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

  We had such an amazing stay! This hotel is absolutely perfect for families. The indoor swimming area is a huge highlight—spacious, super fun, and very well maintained. It really felt like a mini indoor water park, and the kids couldn’t get enough of it! Everything throughout the hotel was impressively clean and well cared for, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of nearby activities, dining options, and things to do—so we never ran out of ways to enjoy our time. The staff truly made the experience even better. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The only small thing that would make this place even more perfect would be having smart TVs or streaming options available in the rooms. But honestly, that’s just a bonus—everything else exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for a fun, clean, and convenient getaway!

  The location makes it easy to get to the Maverick Center and Valley Fair Mall. It is also conveniently located near a tram station that you can take into downtown and skip the traffic and parking. The pool Fins and Grins water park are fun. It has a small kids area with several small slides and a tall tube slide that's awesome. The large slide does have some time restrictions for safety.

  I don’t typically leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the room and the service. The two-bedroom suite was not in good condition there was noticeable animal hair throughout, including a big amount on the couch bed. The carpet and furniture were worn, and the bedding had stains. When I requested a rollaway bed, none were available, and I went and picked up a vacuum myself after requesting one just because I wanted to hurry up and clean up the animal hair. For the price, I expected a much higher standard. Will post pictures here in a bit.
