I arrived after midnight having just made the reservation 30 minutes prior and they only had SMOKING rooms available. I changed hotels and they charged me a no-show fee even though I had just made the reservation online when my previous hotel reservation fell through.

The rooms were spacious and well maintained, making it easy to relax and feel at home. A very special thank you to Nala and Ioana at the front desk for their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles. They truly made the experience even better. I also appreciate all the staff members who work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Their teamwork and dedication really show. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This was thoughtless and churlish behavior towards a customer.

Staff was friendly and cute, perfect experience for any guest. The breakfast was very clean and fresh. Perfect from a 'food-service' perspective. The room was very nice. I had a great rest before the last leg of my driving experience. I only stopped one more time from here to California. I was well rested!
