  Lily was an amazing help, accidentally booked at the wrong location and she was able to get that reservation cancelled and rebooked to West Valley City. 10/10

  I don’t really do reviews but I felt like this couldn’t go unnoticed. Ever have those days when it feels like everything is just not in your favor and everything wants to go wrong! That was me today. I had just had a bad phone call and walked in hoping for something bad but it was the opposite. The joy and friendliness of this girl in the front desk, her name was Lily, it really made my day. I felt like someone actually cared and genuinely meant every word that was spoken. It’s weird to say but I felt human for once, a complete stranger showing care and love for someone she doesn’t know. We didn’t have much to talk about but her demeanor and smile is enough to change a persons day. This is what great service is all about and everyone in the front desk should be like this. I’ve been here before but this is the first time I meet her, uf this girl is unnoticed I just want you all reading this to know that she is awesome. I definitely will be coming back to this hotel more. I’m not gonna sit here and complain about any petty stuff, we’re all just trying to get on about our days. Thank you Hampton, you’ve done well hiring her and for anyone else that’s looking for a place to stay, definitely choose here.

  This is a very nice Hampton Inn located in a great area with shopping, restaurants, a Target within walking distance a Black Bear Diner etc.. check-in went really well front desk clerk very cordial. The room I stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfortable the sheets the linen in general were very clean, plenty of Wi-Fi Outlets etc.. my only complaint would be the breakfast it was average if not below, watery runny oatmeal, turkey sausage not my preference, my biggest complaint was the omelets. They were cheese, green and red chili's, not everyone likes green and red chili's in their omelets. Why not make half and half? All cheese omelettes and the other half green and red chili's,that's how you fix that. I'm sure the majority of children are not going to eat omelets with red and green chilies in them.

  Excellent stay, hotel was extremely clean, staff friendly and unobtrusive. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast had a good selection, appreciated the sign to ask if we needed dietary accommodations.

  WATCH OUT, the personnel TRICKS YOU OUT TO CHARGE YOU MORE MONEY. I did a reservation with this hotel via Booking platform and I paid in full before getting there. Once I got there and did my check in, the receptionist told me that she could see my payment in full but she couldn’t see Booking’s payment to the hotel, SO SHE TRICKED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THERE were some fees to cover for $150 usd, so then I gave her my card to cover those charges BUT THEN IN MY BANK BALANCE I COULD SEE THAT SHE CHARGED ME THE WHOLE STAY AGAIN, SHE LIED AND SHE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY CONFIDENCE about being a hotel managed by professionals. Manager’s attitude IS AWEFUL. NAME OF THE RECEPTIONIST: TAINA GREAT attention from: MEL, she was sweet and professional addressing my problem.
