Every time I went to the desk it was very awkward because they never acknowledged me and I was always the one to initiate the conversation. Everything else was positive! Very clean property and rooms. Breakfast was more than adequate and they have a nice pool and working hot tub which is rare these days. Also a lot of shopping and dining within walking distance.

West valley isn't the most idea place to stay, considering the high crime rate but we figured with it being a "Hampton", we'd be safe. To start, the guests next door were having a very loud domestic dispute, yelling and banging on things at 4 am with kids screaming and crying. This continue for hours until we finally called the front desk. Then we come outside to find our vehicles burglarized! On top of that, this hotel has no security, No outside cameras monitoring the parking lot and do not file or provide incident reports. Calling the police would have been pointless with no security footage as evidence and no way to file a report with the hotel. There's no "park at your own risk" signs. No signs warning that the parking lot isn't being monitored. No signs stating the hotel isn't responsible for lost or stolen items. DO NOT STAY HERE.
- MLMarissa LeOct 17, 20251.0Worst hotel stay ever. The rooms are disgusting. Hair in the showers and beds, huge yellow stains on the beds, and dirty toilets. I asked to be moved twice. My last room at 1 am there was a group of 12 teens partying and I could not sleep. The front desk was useless.
