    Super friendly staff. Awesome breakfast. Wife and kids loved it. Great location with lots of restaurants close by. Under 45 minutes (with no traffic) to Snowbird and Alta ski resorts.

    The front desk lady Annie who checked me in was amazing! She was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. After a long day, her positive attitude and helpfulness meant more than she probably knows! She made me feel truly welcomed. Thank you for such wonderful service!

    Will never stay at this hotel again. When my wife and I checked into a room at 3, Annie, who was working the front desk, checked us in. She, was not very hospitable. We walked up to the desk and she just stared at us. In the evening we left our room, and when we came back, we were not able to get back into our room. We went downstairs, and Annie, the same front desk worker as before, was no where to be found. After standing there for about 5 minutes she finally showed back up. When I explained that we were not able to get back into our room she told me “there was a situation”. She had checked in the wrong individual, instead of us, which could’ve been easily avoided because she could’ve asked clarifying questions. And said that she would need to check us in again. There was no apology or accountability for the mix up that happened. When it comes to customer service it was administered poorly.

    The hotel lobby was immaculate and well maintained; however, the guest room was mediocre and did not meet expectations for the property. Staff interactions were acceptable overall but lacked attentiveness and professionalism. A significant issue occurred during the night shift. I was locked outside due to a malfunctioning digital key. Despite explaining the situation via the intercom and offering to present my ID, the night auditor repeatedly instructed me to keep retrying the app rather than providing immediate assistance. I was left outside in freezing conditions for an extended period, which was extremely uncomfortable and avoidable. This experience reflected a lack of urgency and customer care during a critical moment and negatively impacted my stay. Never again staying here again! 😒
