  Beautiful views stayed here for a week for work. Accommodations were exceptional. Breakfast was nice, rooms were clean with well lit vanity in bathroom.

  DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEIR SALES DEPARTMENT. Rooms were good and clean and well appointed. But what a fiasco. I had booked a conference room and four guest rooms for a meeting with a large local customer. Spoke to the salesperson multiple times, have signed contract and gave CC authorization form and have confirmation from salesperson that we are in the system and all names are on rooms. I showed up at 9:30 PM to check in and there were no reservations. The desk agent told me I would have to call the salesperson myself and figure it out. Luckily the salesperson answered and then they called the desk agent who had apparently been given specific instructions not to place anyone in a room if the salesperson did not do the reservation. I had to sit in the lobby for an hour waiting for the salesperson to drive to the hotel and enter in the reservation. I was tired and utterly shocked at the whole situation. I can completely understand process integrity, however, why have a supplemental policy to specifically NOT take care of guests but to instead turn a bad situation into a nightmare. But there was lemon water and cookies in the lobby so there’s that.

  Really well maintained hotel, the pool is super warm and the staff is helpful and very friendly!

  I've come here twice now for a legal conference and have been very impressed with the hotel and especially the hotel manager, John. It's not many people in the service industry that make an impression that sticks with me, but I remembered John from a past visit. He's super attentive to attendees and our needs without feeling intrusive or overbearing. Consummate professional.

  Just stayed for the weekend. Room size and cleanliness were great. It was quiet even with the hotel appearing to be pretty full. Really good breakfast. Location was very good for visit to Zion National Park and Zion Hot Springs Resort. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
