There is not a lot of parking here so if you're coming late then Goodluck finding a place to park, also if you're coming in late then its good to know that they lock the front doors and you're suppose to be able to use your key to get in but it usually doesn't work (this bit of information is also coming from an attendant I talked to). As for the desk staff, ive interacted with a few different employees and only one of them was extremely rude, the others typically just ignore you. I came in late one night and was stuck outside for roughly 15mins while I tried to call the desk and was ignored. When you do finally make it into the room, in my experience, the coffee machine doesn't work properly and the hot and cold are swapped on your shower control. You'll also want to check all of your key cards to make sure they work. The breakfast is free so I wont say much about it other than I was disappointed that the pancake maker didn't work my entire visit
