- AJAndrew JohnsonMar 23, 20261.0My wife and I are IHG Diamond members and this was by far the worst stay we have both experienced. We travel for work and are in and out of hotels frequently. At 5:45 am we were disturbed by a large group of people congragating loudly outside our suite. We proceeded to call the front desk who informed us that there is nothing they could do about the groups disturbance of other guests. Furthermore, the room above us seemed to be up all night practicing a breakdance routine. This will be the final time we are staying here due to poor customer service and lack of consideration for other guests who stay here; other than the large Walmart groups. I'm at a loss for words on how poorly we were treated by this establishment. Additionally I believe it should be Holiday Inns responsibility to inform large business groups that they have to be quite and considerate of the other guests. Poor service and poor accomodations. Extremely disappointed and not satisfied with how this situation was managed, absolutely ridiculous. Pool is closed and hottub is closed and empty. LAURA checked us in and was an absolute delight.
