- DRDaniel ReedDec 6, 20252.0The stay started great. Good check in like normal. Room was ok for how old the hotel is. The next day however was another story. My wife took a shower and heard someone banging on our door. When she got out of the shower and answered the door she was met with 2 staff members yelling at her that she was flooding the conference room... what a great way to handle a situation you didnt know you made? There was no water on the floor in the bathroom, no leaks that were visible. Very unprofessional to yell at your guest for something they had no control over. They moved us to a new room that smelled HEAVILY of cigarette smoke. You couldn't escape it. When We told the staff, they asked what did we want them to do like it wasn't a problem. We told them we just didnt want to charged for the smell. They apparently didnt have any air freshner or frebreeze. So we went and bought our own. They smell got so much worse when you turned the bathroom fan on. The last thing was their hot tub. We stayed in it once because it was green and could not see the bottom of it. I regret getting in it. When we checked out and was asked about the stay I just said it was not anything I wanted to talk about. Overall one of the worst experiences I have had at a best western.

A number of restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was ok, I did not love that they changed the main offerings each day, but it wasn't bad. I would definitely go back.
