Very impressed with our stay the staff treated our Bear river girls wrestling team like queens. I would like to give a special thanks to Rosland and Jeana for all their help and a big thanks to Tysha Bunnell she is what everyone one should aspire to be like no matter what job you have !

We came in a very Large group upon arrival they hand put a white board out welcoming our group. Then checking Rosland was here to greet us and tell us everything she had to offer and checked us all in very quick. She was great dealing with a large group. The next morning at Breakfast Tisha came around introduced herself asked what she could do to make things better and pep up our team. If we needed anything Tysha or Jenna were right there to help. That night coming back Rosland was here to help with anything and with over 35+ needing showers she was sure to make sure everyone had all the towels and everything needed. They let us have dinners in the lobby and kinda takeover. They were so good to us. We definitely enjoyed our stay

Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience from start to finish.
We arrived later in the evening and had already checked in on our phones, which turned out to be a good thing. The only staff member visible was sitting on the lobby couch hanging out with another person. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. It did not feel welcoming or professional.
Once in the room, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The bed was in rough shape, and while things may have looked “surface clean,” it didn’t take long to notice spider webs, mildew in the shower, and floors that were genuinely dirty. It gave the impression that housekeeping is rushing through rooms without any real attention to detail.
The next morning made things worse. During both my shower and my spouse’s, the water completely stopped multiple times mid-shower. Not a temperature change. Just fully shut off.
Breakfast was another disappointment. All the dishes and setup were out for a full complimentary breakfast, but everything was empty with no staff in sight to restock or assist.
Overall, this was a poor experience with what appears to be poor management and lack of oversight. The Hilton brand should seriously evaluate this location and whether it should continue operating under their flag.
I would not recommend staying here.

We loved staying at this hotel with our 3 little kids (6 months, 2 years and 4 years). We stopped here for just a night on our way to and from California to visit in laws. This hotel is clean and modern. The front desk people were so kind and welcoming. I love that the lobby has family-oriented games, and so much space to hang out. The breakfast is awesome and again, so much space for everyone to sit. I only wish they had some high chairs available for the baby. We may have only stayed one night, but we would stay here for longer. I am autistic and have issues with smells and REALLY struggle to stay in hotels because of this, but I had no problems being here. And the 24/7 market had Advil which was much appreciated after a long drive with 3 tiny kids. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, and we will definitely be staying here in the future.

The people here were so accommodating and so sweet. Made me friend and I feel so welcome. We had issues with having to extend our stay because of weather and they made it no issue at all and let us check in early and everything. Yall are seriously the best and would recommend this place to anything!!!
And they were so accommodating to my dietary restrictions during breakfast offering my gluten free toast and almond milk!
