This is my favorite hotel in the St. George area! The staff members are so nice! They are always friendly and helpful. I always have a lovely conversation with the person at the front desk who checks me in. The breakfast staff members are so sweet. I always have my kids with me, and my hands get rather full. They offer to help me and are so nice to my kids. The food is so good, and there's a great selection.
We love the pool and hot tub! My kids really enjoy playing in them. Both are big and provide plenty of room for many guests to enjoy at one time.
We also really like the gym. It has all the weights and machines my husband wants.
The beds are comfy and the pillows are perfect. It's an excellent stay every time!

I can not say enough great things about Carrie at the front desk. We checked in on 1-4 and out on 1-5. We were coming for a funeral. We did not know she had also suffered a loss as well. I would have never know it as she was kind always had a big smile on her face and did what she could to help us. Carrie and the gentleman at the front desk (I want to say his name is Aldi) put together a gift for my daughter who was turning 16 (the day of the funeral). That was a surprise to us and just that extra service was unexpected and you dont see that very often.

Fan in bathroom didn't work, so the room got extra steamy after showers, there was stuff splattered all over the closet doors and mirrors, there was also toothpaste in the sink, and the hair dryer wasn't put in the bag, so petty little things, but still things that should be done. And you could hear other toilets flush/bathroom sounds, and lots of noise. Other than that, it was a good place. Smith's Marketplace is super nice and convenient if you forget things!

So I loved the hotel. It was nice and big room with a spacious bathroom. Very clean and the breakfast was top notch complete with a waffle bar! My only complaint was the bed. In a word, it sucked. My neck is in pain because the mattress was very hard. The couch in the room was weirdly comfortable though. Just switch that with the mattress and I would be happy.

The rooms were nice, showers were spacious, and the staff was friendly. However, there is almost no sound insulation between the floors. We were on the second floor and heard stomping and crashing from the room above us for several hours during the night. It lasted into the early morning hours. Obviously, we couldn’t sleep. If you stay at this Hampton Inn, I strongly suggest requesting the top floor so you don’t have to listen to the people above you.
