Great experience at this hotel, awesome breakfast in the morning. Even has a shuttle from airport to here. I’d call ahead though to confirm. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed on the 2nd floor. Because my partner insisted. That was a big mistake.
Get a room on the top floor so you don't hear the people above you walking around and stomping all around their room.
Only reason for 4 stars was the walls are pretty thin. Heard people all around us.
Staff was nice and welcoming. The smiths being right next door was a great perk to have.

Stayed at this hotel about 6 years ago when it was about the only building besides the gas station at that time in the vicinity. We booked a room for 4 nights last month, September 2025 and was surprised how it is changing near the hotel. The Smiths market is there and it looks like more building is coming on the adjacent properties. The hotel looks just like when it was recently opened years ago..
The front desk staff during our stay are very friendly and makes you feel that you are very welcomed. The morning breakfast has a good variety of choices to select from. The one housekeeper that we had, did a awesome job during our stay. I believe her name was Dee. This Hampton inn is an exceptional gem. The location is quiet and away from the freeway (Interstate15). You can not do any better than here.

My first stay at this location, very convenient to the freeway and a brand new Smiths grocery store next door.
Easy check in by Cora the manager on duty who was very helpful and polite, although she did not mention anything about my Diamond status, which was odd.
Over all the room was clean, plenty of towels like 4 large bath towels which was a nice surprise, king bed was comfortable it was a little on the hard side but that is what I prefer, the pillows were wonderful not too hard or too soft. The black out drapes were also fabulous and block almost all of the daytime light, so much so that I over slept lol.
This property does allow dogs and even though I am a dog lover my room smelled of wet dog, I have nothing against having pets stay at a hotel, but perhaps it might be a better idea to have dedicated rooms that allow pets and some rooms that do not for those who are allergic or don't like the smell of pets.
My room 401 also did not have any sort of alarm clock, which again I found strange, the room layout was good, nice couch, nice working area and plenty of ports to charge up your devices.
The water pressure and temperature was good, the only complaint I have was the shower gel in the shower was empty.
AC was the window type but it was surprisingly quiet and did not make much noise at all.
Even though I was on the 4th floor and my room looked over the fire pit and hit tub I could still hear people talking around the fireplace at night....
Breakfast was OK, the sausage gravy was very salty I could not eat it. Good selection of pastries and fruit, the boiled eggs were nearly impossible to peel, however the scrambled eggs were great.
Overall a good stay, out of the other Hilton Hotels in St. George i would probably stay at the other ones first.
