More attitude. CANCELLED Reservation! As I left the lobby, a man (Manager?) was heard shouting an obscenity, at the top of his lungs, while in the Lobby that echos. The glass windows shook! Don't waste money here when there are far more affordable, professional & much nicer hotels around. Zero. 🚫🚫🚫

Erro do atendente. Não me devolveram o dinheiro, meu cartão não devolveu o dinheiro.Cartão de débito não volta dinheiro. Ele sabe disso. Esperei até a manhã do dia seguinte, esperei pelo péssimo manager que o hotel tem. Ele não resolveu nada. Meu primeiro dia do ano, péssimo atendimento desse manager, ele não sabe como tratar os clientes, gritou comigo, foi sem educação, ele não pensa como isso afeta o negócio dele. Não resolveu absolutamente nada. Muito cuidado na hora de dar os depósitos de segurança, pois agora quem quer pagar sua conta na hora, isso não funciona nesses hotéis. Que só querem pegar o dinheiro das pessoas.

It was also a quiet area so we all slept soundly. The breakfast had many different options, and the service was kind and sweet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay.

The carpet felt nasty, there were dirty gummy spots on the countertop, hair next to the tub and black mold on the ceiling and bathroom trim. The good news is, they allowed us to cancel after staying one night. We ended up staying at Comfort Inn up the street for ten dollars more and it was above and beyond a better and more clean experience.
