We attended our childhood friend funeral in St. George this past weekend. This place reminded me of my home away from home. The staff were friendly and professional. This place was very clean. The food & social was Amazing. Room 415 was dope. Thank you for making me feel at home. You can tell this place is ran by good management.

Large room with nice sitting area, kitchen, and desk. Staff are wonderful and very accommodating (eg I have egg yolk allergy and they made me egg white omelettes each day). Nice touch to have social event Monday through Wednesday. Feels more like a small resort. Has outdoor pool, hot tub and barbecue. Plus on-site laundry. Common areas would be good for groups as well. Great place to stay for Snow Canyon and Zion.

Literally one of the best hotels I’ve been to in a while, and in the St. George area. Everyone was so kind, the rooms were great! So clean and looked new! The amenities are great! Free breakfast was a great spread. Pool was heated. Hot tub was clean and nice! The outsides areas were so well kept and pickleball court was fun! (You can check out paddles). We were so surprised as we haven’t stayed at a staybridge before and we will definitely be back. Already raving about it to our friends. Another plus was the dinner social hour that was free Monday through Wednesday!

I just stayed here for over 45 days as I waited for our new home to close. The rooms are extremely dirty and the three blonde maids spend more time socializingand causing chaos than deep cleaning. The hallway I was on was never vacuumed my whole stay. The Manager of the Maintenance is an jack of all trades and master of none know it all kind of jerk.Talked down to my senior aged mom and as she vomited for the smell we had reported for w week was over whelming her. They wanted to move us but as the whole hotel smelt of mildew and vinegar. He know all and won't be told his hotel is rotting. The whole place at time smells as a Outhouse. They place fans all over to cover the smell. Our room was falling apart, mold, mildew, animal hair for days,tv always going out for hours, air conditioning is so loud and smells funny, dish washer never worled just filled with bubbles, coffee makers is not hot and toaster burns. So when you complained your the problem not the hotel or staff!! They allow high school baseball teams run around all night throwing balls and yelling up the halls. Chantel,Cameron and the three blpnde maods the two white maintenance men are the worst. I am sure that they will respondm to this review. As always the customs rude and wrong here. I have found 25 reviews in the past 3 months with same complaints. Sad as it used to be a much better place. I out my family up at a different hotel this past week after that experience.$8500 for 56 days!! What's waste of money
Also after being intimidated and bullied by staff we bought our own vacuum and cleaning supplies after being bullied by staff!! Why didn't I leave well it was Sping Brk and not an available room to be had in town for a long stay. We even left this place we are paying for and went to Vegas a week to get out of smell and rudeness we were experiencing!! This place is an absolute Health Hazzard. I have many pic, videos and sound clips to post on my travel vlog. Stay at the local Marriott instead of this place..

I am on a road trip from Arizona to Washington State and planned on one night stay at this staybridge hotel. Prior to checking in I blew a tire and the local tire store did not have my tire in stock so I extended my stay one night. The tire store told me that my tire would be in approximately the checkout time the following day. Out of an abundance of caution I extended my stay an additional night. On the second day of my stay met Cameron at the front desk and asked what the latest checkout the following day would be if my tire was fixed so that I would not be charged for a third night and could go on my way on my trip. Cameron said the latest checkout he could provide was 1:00 p.m. . The following morning I got my tire fixed It came back to the hotel after the repair at quarter to 1:00. I asked Cameron if it would be possible to check out slightly later so that I would have time to pack up my stuff and get out of there. He said he could extend it a little while longer but if I was not out of there that I would be charged for the full night stay. I hustled and got out in time and was able to check out without being charged a third night. I just have to compliment and give praise to Cameron for being so customer service oriented and really caring about guest needs. He was personable and accommodating and friendly and really listened to my predicament and did everything he could to help. I appreciate it so much. I go through St George on my way to and from Washington fairly regularly and I will definitely be staying at this staybridge again because of Cameron and his customer service. Thank you Cameron. I appreciate you so much. And oh by the way Copper, my dog, loves you.
