  Pros • Good location • Room size was decent • Bed was comfortable • Very quiet, no noise issues at night • Parking was easy, I was able to park my U-Haul trailer without problems • Breakfast included • Best for the buck) Cons • Room and bathroom look outdated • Overall cleanliness needs improvement • Toilet and room could be cleaned more thoroughly • Staff during check-in were okay but not very friendly or welcoming • Breakfast options were limited Overall • Decent for a cheap stay, but the hotel needs better cleaning and some updates.

  Awful rooms do not let the online pictures fool you. The room we stayed in upon arrival had mold on the back of the bathroom door, hair in the shower and in room hot tub, stain on both in room coaches, ottoman and desk chair was peeling with visable wear all over. Poor handy man upgrades throughout hotel from visable caulking, poor tile work, shower door sounds like you are killing someone with a loud screech every time you open it, bathroom door, sticks, and drags on tile we’re trying to open it, dirt and grime on door jams in room and throughout the hotel going down hotel staircase, while hotel has an old dirty old apartment building feeling throughout. Not to mention, we were severely overcharged for the room twice. We were charged for the room before we even checked in minus the $20 tax then charge for the full room amount when we did check in making it impossible for us to deny the room and stay elsewhere. Internet in the room did not work so we were unable to watch TV. I was so glad we only had to stay one night. NEVER AGAIN

  After a really long trip, this was the perfect spot to rest. We arrived late and the night shift guy was so courteous and polite that just increases the whole experience. Plus, they decorated every door for X-mas 🎀 perfect touch! Their shower was on a whole new level, so relaxing! Great service always adds a start on my book. Thanks for having amazing staff 👏⭐️👏

  When we arrived we were told that their credit card machine "quits working every night at about 10:00(pm), we don't know why that's just what it does". They didn't even try to run my credit card, they just asked me to fill out a form authorizing them to run it when the machine started working again. I thought that this was very strange, but never imagined the inconvenience that this would become. Later at about 12:40 am, after our whole family was asleep, we are all startled awake by the VERY loud hotel room phone. It was a call from the front desk, saying that there was a problem with our credit card and that we need to come down right away to pay for the room. My husband & I had to get up, get dressed, and go down to the front desk, just to realize that when their machine had started working again they tried running our card, but it wouldn't go through, so we needed to pay another way. The staff seemed to think that this was a justifiable excuse to wake us up in the middle of the night as though we were trying to deceitfully avoid paying. I had used customer loyalty points to pay for nearly half the room cost, so it wasn't even a significant amount of money that was owed. All of this could have easily been handled on check-in (if they had reliable equipment) or even at check-out the next morning. The hotel's inability to correct their ongoing credit card equipment problem and decision instead to wake us up in the middle of the night, left us not only completely dissatisfied as customers, but insulted as well.
