We arrived to the room and there was no hot water in the room, the maintenance man came and kept my toddler up until 10:30pm attempting to fix unsuccessfully then assured us it would be fixed the next day but it was not. The evening front desk staff was very rude and unhelpful when we expressed concern. The heating unit in the room blew cold air 50% of the time even when set to heat. I got food poisoning from the sausage on the breakfast buffet. The room had hard beds.
This was a very unsatisfactory experience and we would stay anywhere but here the next time we come.

We’ve been on the road for the past two weeks and stayed in many hotels. I usually don’t leave reviews, but for $300 per night this stay was TERRIBLE.
We were given the wrong room (booked two queen beds, received one king with a sofa bed). While the parking fee was waived, it was still inconvenient. Check-in took about 30 minutes due to a long line and only one receptionist. Actually, she was very kind and helpful, but if the hotel was fully booked, management should have scheduled more staff.
The hot water was another issue. The first night the shower was cold, and the next day around 6 PM the water was still only lukewarm. The heating/AC unit was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep with it on in December, so we had to turn it off. The sofa bed was badly sagging and unusable, forcing us to sleep in one bed for two nights.
Overall, this stay was not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
Though we didn't get to stay here on 12/27, we were greeted and assisted by the most helpful, patient and hardworking front desk person: Kat. She was swamped with both calls, long check-in queue and several guests needing assistance standing beside the desk. She responded to each inquiry with a smile and a very polite demeanor. She kept her cool at all times, resolving each complaint from waiting guests and checking new guests as fast as she could. We made a late reservation for the 28th (made as we were waiting in queue), trying to see if the hotel has a room for the 27th. Kat was super helpful getting our reservation transferred to another hilton property (as we got a room for the night). And Kat assisted us in getting her manager (Poppi) to waive the penalty for late cancelation. We appreciate you Kat and you deserve the recognition for being super helpful, courteous and pleasant to every guest that you assisted that busy night. You did everything singlehandedly. Thank you!
We had a very unpleasant stay at this Hampton Inn while visiting Zion National Park. I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
We were assigned a room directly adjacent to a family with young children who were running, pounding on the floor, and screaming continuously for almost a hour and a half. The pounding was extremely loud and forceful—strong enough to be felt through the floor and walls—and lasted from around 9:00 PM until nearly 10:30 PM, making it impossible to rest. On the other side of our room, we could also clearly hear guests walking heavily and slamming doors, which further added to the disturbance.
When we attempted to call the front desk to report the issue, we discovered that the phone in our room was not working, forcing us to walk down to the front desk in person. Although the front desk staff attempted to intervene, the situation did not improve. Once staff left, the neighboring guests resumed extremely loud pounding and screaming—apparently intentionally—for another 30 minutes.
In addition, the room itself was outdated and poorly maintained. The hotel assigns guests to directly adjacent rooms rather than spacing them out, which significantly amplifies noise issues given the very poor soundproofing.
Overall, this hotel has very poor sound insulation, inadequate room maintenance, and ineffective noise management. I would not recommend this property to anyone who values a quiet and comfortable night’s sleep.
This place also charge $20 for parking. Only one start to the staff who tried to help and location.

We had a very unfortunate experience and felt it was handled very poorly. We love staying at Hamptons and is usually what we look for when we travel. Most of the hotel is your pretty usual Hampton style with a buffet breakfast, small store to purchase items, and a welcoming entrance. When we arrived, we booked a king room and were given our room immediately. Everything was great. The room was nice, we had a pack and play delivered quickly, no issues at all. This was until the people with the barking dog showed up. They were directly across the hall from us and they clearly dropped the dog off in the room and went out to eat. My daughter is 16 months old and the barking caused her to be terrified, much less, the annoyance of a dog barking constantly right next to you. We notified the front desk and this is where it went downhill. We were happy with our room and were willing to wait to see if the dog calmed down or if anything could be done. Instead, they moved us right away because, "we need to prep the room to sell it if needed." We felt like we got punished for someone else's misbehaved dog (we have dogs, we would never drop our dog off at a hotel and leave it to bark constantly). We were asked if we "had" to have a king and we reluctantly said no, we would be fine without. We were then put in the most dated, oldest room I think they had. The carpet was coming up and the room needed a serious makeover (for a Hampton, we started calling it a lower chain hotel room that you would pay much less for). The staff asked if we had used anything the previous room and we had said we had sat on the bed and used a washcloth to clean up our daughter. The sigh was audible. We had been in the room for over an hour. Finally, the room we were in had lukewarm showers at best. Occasionally, we would get almost hot, but that was rare. We discussed complaining about it, but we generally don't complain and we felt like we were already being punished once for speaking up.
